| 2. Can I request a specific time for delivery? |
| Except for funerals, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, however we always endeavour to fulfil our customer’s requests as best we can so if you have a specific time requirement it is best to give us a call on 03 9421 5885 or 03 9426 6124 to discuss the options available. For Epworth hospital deliveries we normally have a 2 - 3 hour turnaround time. |

| 3. Can you organise flowers to be delivered interstate and overseas? |
| We are a member of Interflora so we can arrange for flowers to be delivered throughout Australia and internationally – you will need to call us on 03 9426 6124 or 03 9421 5885 to discuss your requirements and place your Interflora order. |

| 4. Do you deliver on Sundays? |
| We deliver only to Epworth Hospital Richmond on Sundays. |

| 5. Do you phone the recipient prior to delivery? |
| We call every recipient to ensure that there will be someone there to receive the flowers and to also check that the delivery address is correct and/or if there are any special delivery instructions to make the delivery more efficient for the courier.
You can request that the flowers be left at the front or back door of the delivery address, however, if the flowers are stolen or damaged it will not be the responsibility of Ngenious Floriade to replace or refund the flowers and delivery fee. |

| 6. Do you sell potted plants? |
| We generally stock a range of succulents and Phalaenopsis orchid plants for most of the year and seasonal/special occasion plants as they are available. Check online or call us on 03 9421 5885 or 03 9426 6124 to find out what is in season/stock.
Please note: Hospitals generally do not allow potted plants to be delivered to the wards. |

| 7. If I place my flower order online, how will I know that you have received it? |
| You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order online. After we have processed your order you will then receive another email to advise you that we are in the process of creating and organising delivery of your flowers. Finally, once your flowers have successfully been delivered to the recipient we will send you a third email to confirm that your order is complete. |

| 8. What are your trading hours? |
| We are open 365 days of the year - from 8.30am to 8.30pm, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturdays and 10am to 6pm on Sundays and public holidays. |

| 9. What is the deadline for guaranteed same day delivery? |
| Same day delivery within Australia from Monday to Friday is guaranteed as long as the order is placed before 11am AEST. On Saturdays all orders need to be placed by 10am AEST to guarantee same day delivery. If your delivery is urgent please call us on 03 9426 6124 or 03 9421 5885 to discuss your options. |

| We accept MasterCard, Visa & Bankcard via the website and American Express & Diners Club by telephone only. Please do not ever send your credit card details via email as email transmissions are unsecure. |

| We deliver throughout the Melbourne CBD and suburbs. |

| 12. Which days do you deliver? |
| We deliver from Monday to Saturday and Sunday we deliver only within the Epworth Hospital, Richmond campus. There is no delivery on public holidays. |

| 13. Will the flowers I have ordered look exactly as the photo on the website? |
| We will always create the bouquet or arrangement to look as much as possible like the flowers pictured on the website, however at certain times of the year, some flower varieties may be out of season or may not meet the high standard of quality that we consistently maintain so in this instance we would substitute these flowers with other varieties of equal or higher value, colour and texture. |
